Flowers: May-July. Plant in part shade & moisture. HxS 1.75mx1m
This is a much sought cultivar, especially with our Celtic neighbours! The foliage emerges green in spring and develops tints of bronze as spring progresses, eventually going bronze by flowering time. The white foamy flower head is a bonus. Pest and disease resistant, architecturally interesting and totally hardy. Well worthy of its AGM. Hardiness rating H7. Pot size 2 litre.
Care & Maintenance.
A fairly easy plant to grow. Just clear old stems in autumn and divide in spring as new growth appears. The rhizome is very woody and you may need a saw. Make sure each division has a growing point.
