Flowers: June-October. Plant in sun or part shade. HxS 60x45cm
A mildew resistant, long-leaved speedwell, which flowers all summer and autumn if dead-headed. It won a bronze medal at Plantarium 2013 and is new to the UK. We loved the unique, deep violet-blue flowers on a compact plant when we saw it last summer. The light anthers are an added contrast to the dark flowers. Best grown in a moist soil it is both pest and disease resistant. Lucky Marietta, to have such a wonderful new variety named for you! Organically grown in peat free compost.
Care & Maintenance.
Deadhead regularly to promote flower production. Can be divided in early spring as new growth is seen at the base of the plant.
