Flowers: May-July. Plant in part/full shade. HxS 30x30cm
Tiarella are excellent plants for shade and woodland conditions and this variety not only has fragrant flowers but also beautiful, distinct patterning of deep maroon ‘fingers’ on its leaves. The plant produces masses of frothy, white flower heads with a hint of pink. Fully hardy and clump forming. Dry shade tolerant when established and slightly scented. Evergreen in mild winters. Looks great with hosta and hardy ferns.
Care & Maintenance.
Cut back all foliage to the ground in spring after a severe winter, or just tidy away the older leaves if it has been mild. Propagate by careful division.
