Flowers: August-December.  Plant in sun as a marginal or in boggy soil.  HxS 30x45cm

A dinky reed mace which is very suitable for small ponds or can be used in containerised water features.  Round brown pokers, like large lollipops, appear in late summer and burst in early spring.  Best planted in full sun, fully hardy, easy to grow and not invasive. Pot size 1 litre.

    Care & Maintenance.

Remove old foliage in spring and split plants every three or four years to maintain vigour.  May be divided after flowering or collect and sow seed.  If planting as a marginal place in water up to 8cm/3” deep.
