This beautiful cranesbill has finely cut feathery leaves, which have a gold tinge when young. The flowers are purple-pink with darker veins and white centres and they flower over a very long period in summer, often in several flushes. It is best grown in full sun but also tolerant of some shade. Pest and disease resistant and can be grown in all soil types. A cross hybrid of G. collinum and G. clarkei ‘Kashmir Purple’. AGM. Care & Maintenance.
Cut back hard after flowering for repeat performances. Tidy old foliage in the spring. Propagate by division in March or April.
