Flowers: March-June. Plant in light shade or woodland. HxS 15x30cm
This is a very popular spring flowering perennial with good blue flowers which have the tiniest white eye. It remains semi-evergreen in sheltered places and it is dry shade tolerant once established. Easy, robust, pest and disease resistant. Named for Capt. Collingwood Ingram, an expert on Cherry trees, hence the nickname. Hardiness rating H5.
Care & Maintenance.
Tidy up any tatty or damaged leaves in the spring. This is also the best time of year to split the plant if you require new ones.
