Flowers: May-July. Plant in part shade or open woodland. HxS 45x30cm
This lovely Fumitory has very fresh bright green foliage which forms tight mounds and is beautifully fragrant. The indigo-blue flowers have an erect habit and the plant is hardy, pest and disease resistant. It grows best in a moist soil is very reliable and semi-evergreen. We find it doesn’t go dormant here in Wales. This is a Corydalis elata x Corydalis flexuosa hybrid, although appears to be closer to the former.
Care & Maintenance.
Tidy any old or winter damaged foliage in spring. It can be divided at this time and new pieces potted or replanted where required.
